Why is our so called 'congress' govt. not making people aware of cervical cancer?

That's not the government's job, that is your job as a citizen. If you want to make people aware, why don't you start something? Get out and start an awareness campaign, hand out fliers, write your news networks. Do something. Why sit around and wait for someone else to do it if it concerns you so? I think Gandhi said it best, " be the change you want to see in the world.".
