Want to stop all these cheap hits?

Currently when they are suspended they lose their salary for the amount of games suspended, I think cooke lost something like $84,000 from his latest suspension. I think that fining them this way is more substantial then $10,000. I think 1st offense should be lower 5 games, 2nd offense 15 games, 3rd offense 30 games. 30 games is almost half of the season and will definitely make players think twice think about losing close to half your salary for the year.
