How can I get better organic traffic into my arcade site?

I've done traffic exchanges, directory submitting, SEO, article writing, E-mail refering, premium link exchanging. So far link referal has helped the most. It grabs about 20 uniques a day if I spend 10 minutes on their site, but I'm out of idea's. Since google is updating their Pagerank soon I need to really get noticed quickly. This is a serious question, but is there anything else that I can do that will easily bring in organic traffic?
