Isn't the real problem in America not the lack of initiative of our people but the lack of opportunity?

The real problem is that in the USA the top schools and teachers are only used for Chinese and other nations foreign students who than take that expertise back to their own country. China now has some of the best engineers and scientists most of them educated in the USA or Europe. I just can only pray that the USA stops exporting its computer expertise also. They should make it easier for middle income students to access these universities.
