Are many people in London "Snobby"/"Snooty" acting?

Depends where you go in london if you go the nicer/posher areas then yes they can be a bit snobby but most wealthy people are lol, if you go to someone where like Peckam, Brixton then you wont find many snobby people and that goes for anywhere in the uk the posh areas you will find snobby people :)
