Why is myhub stuck up my neighbors azz ?

it is hard to read your question. but if i understood it correctly our friend needs to tell her husband to stop spending his time and hard earned money on his neighbor because it is causing problems in his own house. tel him it is one thing to me a nice neighbor but he is taking it too far.
