Computer shuts down oftenly?

Don't try to open it or you'll void the warranty. I had a problem like that on my gateway, but i went to the support site of gateway which said to update the BOIS. Once it was updated, everything seemed to run smoothly. Check the maker's website of the laptop. You may be able to find one on one support there or any parts to be updated.
