Vasectomy QUESTION PLEASE HELP!?!?!?

IM 22 YEARS OLD! and i have one child things are hard time right now with the economy and being a parent is the hardest job in the world am i too young to get a vasectomy. i dont want anymore kids i just want to have me time and take care of my responsibilitys if anyone can tell me how old you have to be and if there are any bad side affects caused by this procedure please let me know i dont want no more kids life is hard enough as it is and im a poor man i dont want to put any more kids through the pain im going through. please help give me full detail info best awnser 10 points!
