English fans the world doesn't play Basketball or Baseball or Hockey?

Basketball, Baseball and Hockey don't have national tournaments where players represent their own countries. And that is mainly due to the fact that they're not played very much outside of North America, whereas almost every country in the world has its own official league, and national team. Even the Vatican (the smallest official country in Europe) has its own football league.
