Acl reconstruction...?

I am surprise about jogging. It is High Impact and can do more harm then good but they may have had her jog because she wishes to be ready for B.Ball. In my opinion she should walk then run then jog but I still think jogging is very bad for most of us it jars the bone and damages the tissues. Other two are very safe and the difference in calorie burn is very little.
