Why don't Republicans label Israel as "Appeasers of Terrorists" for having talks and negotiations with Syria?

It doesn't fit into their propaganda line. The useful thing about propaganda is that, like the Republicans, you can say whatever you want, criticize whomever you want, use whatever rationale you want and then just propagandize some more.
