Should i go for it?

I kow all these "does he like me" questions get annoying, but I would really appreciate some help. There's this cool guy in my art studio cl that is completely different from every other guy I've been interested in. He's a year older than me, and he seems kind of shy/quiet. We always work together no matter what, and I haven't heard him say anything about any other girls. He even talks to me differently than the other members in our working group, who are all girls. he called me the other day before cl and started talking really fast, so that I couldn't even really understand him. All i heard was "alright, i'll see you in ten minutes." and then he hung up. He seems to be interested, but he hasn't made any definite move yet. Should I say something? Or wait for him to do something? or just forget it?
