My 10 month old cat got fixed Wednesday ...HELP!?

My 10 month old cat got fixed ( she is a female) Wednesday, I don't know at what time, but I had to drop her off at 7:30-8:00am. They also told us they were going to give her this pain medicine that should work for 4-5 days they told me. Now, I picked her up today at about 8:00 am, and brought her home. She was walking around all morning until about 12 or 1 pm, ate some food, then went to sleep for a couple hours. She woke up and was meowing and walking around, then went back to sleep. She just recently woke up jumped off the chair and went to walk to her water and was wobbly a little bit, she drank her water and then wobbled over to the door and is currently laying down sleeping by it. She has been stretching her legs and arms. everytime she licks herself, she does it and by the 3rd lick she makes this gagging motion then contiues to lick her self. Is this normal?
