IS IT OVER now??

my man took a 2 month break from me, during this time he stared working saturdays. at lunchtime his cell would be off, but sometimes this girl wud be laughing in the background...he came back saying he missed me, but sometimes late at night his cellphone will ring and he won't answer it. he has stopped working saturdays and won't even take me into the city he works...if he cheated is it fair to say it is over. he is being 100 percent attentive now
