I shower but i still smell?

Alright this is the deal. I shower everyday very very very hard even trying hotter water with new soaps and everything. I ask my mom if I smell after i shower everyday she says no. I then go to school not only to find out from friends that i smell horrible (like ****, but i wash my very well). I go home with all these stares then i ask my mom again and she says no. My dad made a comment today (spring break) right at 3:12 around when i get home and aske if ive been having gas, calling me a stinky rascal. I just kept my mouth shut. I dont know what to do. I ve tried axe gels, antibacterial soaps, body washes from 5 diffrent brands and even mixed some of these together. Also when this first started i went to the doctor and he was clueless. He then asked to check out my but and i felt uncomftable about that but let him anyway. I saw his facial expression when i dropped my pants, i knew i smelled. Then took a xray and when the xray came back he said that i had poo in my but, dont worry
