How does one attach a charm to a W490 motorola cell phone?

I looked up on several sites how to attach charms to most phones (Through holes either in the top or the side), but my phone does not seem to have any holes in it, nor does it have a little antennae to loop the charm's string/chain around. So, am I going to have to invest in one of those adhesive things that have a little loop on them that you put on a phone that has no other way for one to attach charms?
