Can I leave a negative comment on an internet website?

I just left a shop. I was treated so rudely by the people who work there that I would like to leave a negative comment on an internet site warning others to stay away. Because of the bad vibes in that place, I'm afraid that they will come looking for me! Can comments be anonymous?
